Ronic West is the founder of R3unlimited, LLC. Ronic has worked in Corporate America for over 20 years and has always loved being at the beginning stages of development.  She loves solving problems, and helping businesses to achieve higher goals through process improvements.

Thomas Glover

Vice President / Interim V.P. of Arts & Entertainment

Thomas Glover has served a professional career as a Cyber Security specialist for several federal agencies. With a passion for audio engineering, Thomas opened his first, recording studio in 2014. From working with independent and national recording artists, he has managed to become a household name amongst the independent music industry.

Devona Ransom is the founder and CEO of Ransom Credit Management Services. Devona has years of credit restoration and finance experience. Her love for this industry drives her continual pursuit for education and ongoing studies in Business Finance.

Devona is passionate about helping people live their financial dreams.

Hope Williams

V.P. of Communication/Secretary

Hope C. Williams is the owner of Creative Queen, LLC, a premier design firm in the Central Savannah River Area. She has over ten years of experience in the creative design industry, with a focus in digital print production. Hope has worked with government agencies, corporations, large and small non-profit organizations, and  several political campaigns; most recently a notable presidential campaign in the 2016 race. Despite Hope’s extensive experience, her passion is to help small business’s establish and grow their brand with creative design

Lia Abney

V.P. of Business Affairs

Lia Abney hails from Springfield Gardens, NY. A veteran, Lia’s work experience spans over 20 years of government service. Her federal experience as a Management and Program Analyst includes subject matter expert in demographics, business processes, strategic planning, transformation and customer management relationship. She is a 2008 graduate from the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Management and Public Administration and is currently pursuing her doctorate with Walden University in Public Policy and Administration with emphasis in Leadership.

E. Ron Garnett

V.P. at Large

E. Ronald Garnett has managed and owned businesses for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Augusta University and holds a Masters in Public Administration from Georgia State University, and a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University.

Currently, Mr. Garnett is an adjunct professor at Paine College in Augusta, Georgia teaching Business Law, Introduction to Government, and Entrepreneurship. He is also a Certified SCORE Counselor and conducts SCORE workshops in nonprofit formation.
